Science and education are a strategic priority of IIC Investments. The flagship project is the International Nobel University and the Science Technological Valley at the International Nobel University on Issyk-Kul — the first large-scale project of this kind in Kyrgyzstan.

It is located in the ecological satellite city of Asman (school, kindergarten, spiritual center, shops, sports complexes, cinema, park). Mission: competitive human capital and a unique scientific-educational center for Central Asia.

Organizational structure: the cluster “Kindergarten – Secondary School – Higher Education – Business” on a site of 6 hectares.
